We want to hear what you think about our proposals, most particularly whether you, believe a fund such as this would be something in which you would like to participate should one become available to the retail investor. Colonyfund.com, like most websites, records a small amount of information about the traffic that it receives.

The information recorded consists of the date and time of a page request, the page requested, the ip address of the requesting device and the browser version and type used. By default this is the only information that is automatically recorded about our visitors.

Some of Colonyfund.com’s services ask that the visitor volunteer additional information - in the case of our list signup this would be an email address, and nothing more.

For one of our occasional reader polls, however, we may seek additional information, such as city/state/zip of residence, whether or not a reader is a potential Colony Fund investor, and if so to what level of potential commitment s/he might consider.

All aggregated visitor data collected by Colonyfund.com is/will be used by Colonyfund.com to make both day-to-day and long range business decisions. Examples of this are determining what countries our users visit the site from, what browsers we need to support, marketing/sales projections for CF shares (once they are offered), etc.

Voluntary promotion and opt-in service information may be used for our own marketing purposes, or for the marketing purposes of our immediate partners. When this is the case it will be clearly stated. Colonyfund.com does not sell, loan or share any of this information with any third party - unless otherwise explicitly stated in promotion rules, terms of service agreements, etc.
